Years ago my credit wasn't too good but they still worked with me and got me a fair deal on a 2005 Mazda 6 (this was in 2009). Now with better credit and looking to upgrade the experience working with sales rep James Vrindten, finance manager Junior Ortiz and the sales manager (I apologize but forgot his name) was the best. Totally professional, respectful and fair. We went back and forth a bit working out something that worked for both sides and came up with a great deal for a great car (2016 Mazda 6). I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. More

Manny is a good guy, fully answers all your questions, and promptly replies via email or phone. Manny works hard to get you the deal you want. The lease was straightforward, turning in a previously leased Mazda for a new one they had in stock. I think we were out of there with the new vehicle in less than 2 hours at the price we wanted. Its important to note that the old lease was from another Mazda dealer; my wife and I chose to turn it in at Wayne Mazda because of previous positive experience with them. A few weeks later, we decided to trade in our 2013 CX-5 for a new 2016 model. Manny fought hard to get me what I wanted for my trade. The vehicle I wanted was not in stock in the particular color I preferred, so Manny tracked it down and kept us informed every couple of days with an update on delivery. Picked up the car just when promised, another great experience. I highly recommend Wayne Mazda and Manny Navarro. Just dont try to be his favorite customer--that spot is reserved for me :-) More
