James was very knowledgable about the vehicle we were looking at. He was respectful throughout the negotiation. Steve is the absolute best. This was my 5th time getting a car at this dealership and the 4th car with Steve. I will never go to any other dealership or work with any other salesman. He is very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Steve makes the entire process of financing or leasing a car so easy. He has always been so good to me and has helped me get everything I’m looking for. I wanted to trade in my lease early and Steve was so accommodating and helpful.
