ABSOLUTE DEGENERATE xxxxxxxx. They sold me a certified pre-owned 2018 Mazda CX 5, and it TURNED OUT TO BE A LEMON. Less than two years after purchase, still under warranty, the ca They sold me a certified pre-owned 2018 Mazda CX 5, and it TURNED OUT TO BE A LEMON. Less than two years after purchase, still under warranty, the cars PCM (computer) failed. The service department, managed by a kid named Nick Di Piano, is a fetid cesspool of arrogance and condescending attitudes. I have documented evidence of them lying repeatedly to me about the source of the problem with my car. They somehow managed to screw my odometer on a previous service appointment, and little Nick is using this as justification to void my warrantied repairs. To make matters worse, little Nick, blames me, the customer for tampering with the odometer, which is a CRIME! Out of desperation, I’m stuck paying $2,000 for a warrantied repairs this crap hole dealership refuses to honor. Money I can’t afford, and is literally taking away from food and other necessities from my kids. I was fraudulently sold a crap car with a crap PCM and God knows the correct mileage. Car is worthless less than two years after I bought it. This dealership must be avoided. Hopefully shut down and little Nick can go deliver $10 pizzas for Dominoes for a living. More

They just worked hard to win my business. We closed on a new CX-90 yesterday! I have liked this dealership, and this is the second Mazda I have bought from them. However, sometimes I get mailings from them offering to pay top dollar on my trade in. Then I get to the dealership, and have to start from scratch as if no letter has been received. Mary and Ash turned those disappointments around. Otherwise, I like the dealership -- and I would also give high marks to the service dept. More
