I'm almost 60 years old and this by far was the best car-purchasing experience I've ever had. I'm the happy owner of a brand new 2023 Mazda CX-5 thanks to my sales consultant Stephen. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, personable . . . I felt I was purchasing a car from a friend who sincerely cared about my family situation. In fact while waiting on his back-office paperwork, Stephen researched a used car I'd seen advertised online on Facebook Marketplace. I WAS considering purchasing it for my son. My wife & son had actually previously met the owner and loved the car. The car appeared to be in mint condition and the asking price was very affordable. But its low price actually raised a red flag for Stephen. Stephen ran a car fax on the used car and determined it had actually been completely totaled! The owner had cosmetically repaired the body, but the frame of the car was misaligned and the engine needed repairs. Stephen sparred me from throwing away money from this online thief. Purchasing my Mazda CX-5 was also surprisingly very fast. Stephen took care of everything, including obtaining my car insurance for me. And although Stephen's work-shift was ending during the transaction, he happily stayed after-hours so he could see me drive off in my brand new Mazda. Stephen has earned all my current and future car business. Great guy. Great dealership. Great car (my wife is thrilled). You know what they say. Happy wife happy life. A really great dealership where the salesman doesn't pressure you and doesn't feel sleazy. Mark was incredibly helpful and worked with us a lot. Additionally, the other staff in the Mazda dealership were also very nice and welcoming. We went to others like Lexus where we immediately didn't feel welcomed. Finally, serve free coffee and water at Mazda- it is a small thing but many dealerships we went to didn't and it was a nice touch on a hot day. More
