One of the worst after sales customer service I purchase new CX5 on Jun 15.when they want to sale their vehicle they pretend very nice people After you purchase the vehicle this dealership sales co purchase new CX5 on Jun 15.when they want to sale their vehicle they pretend very nice people After you purchase the vehicle this dealership sales consultant or manager did not even reply my phone or through email per my experience . I did not receive my vehicle number plate so I call several time but every time they give me different answers I asked front desk lady that like to talk to manager she told me that he is busy so he will call you when he is free but I didn’t receive phone call I was keep calling and one day I am Able to talk to sales manager Mr Misael but he was unprofessional per my experience than I wrote and email to general sales manage Mr Richard and cc to vice president Mr Steven than only than I received email and phone call from Mr Richard and told me that I will look in to this matter and my experience with sales manager Mr Misael but I haven’t received any updates from Mr Richard but I got my number plate. More

We are so pleased to again lease a vehicle from Steve Zagoric at Wayne Mazda. Steve is a great guy who always listens and provides great info and has taken care of us for the past few years. No hard selling which makes the experience that much better. We then spent time in Finance, usually the worst part of the sale but Mark made it easy, educational and no pressure. And last but definitely not least, Joseph the product specialist spent time with us patiently going through the car features, how to use everything and helped us set up the MyMazda app on my phone and paired with the car. What an absolute pleasure! Just finished a long drive with my new CX-90 and I love it!! From start to finish, these guys do a great job! More
