The sales department is great. However, service is TERRIBLE. The service manager Daniel gives me a hard tie every time I bring my car for an oil change. Last oil change I had my ca However, service is TERRIBLE. The service manager Daniel gives me a hard tie every time I bring my car for an oil change. Last oil change I had my car started leaking oil. They swore up and down they tightened the plug. Tried telling me it was leaking from the head gasket and it had been for some time. 1. It WAS leaking oil back in April of 2022. That issue was fixed. 2. The last time I brought it there the mechanic said in the video NO LEAKS. Took my mechanic 5 minutes to see it was leaking from the oil plug. He tightened it and low and behold...no more leaking. I lost about a quart of oil. Service manager refuses to take my calls More
