I am about to be purchasing my third car from Wayne Mazda (specifically dealing with Stephen Z. each time) and I cannot recall another dealership experience as smooth and pleasant as dealing with Wayne Mazda (specifically dealing with Stephen Z. each time) and I cannot recall another dealership experience as smooth and pleasant as dealing with Wayne Mazda and Steve. We purchased a 2019 CX-5, a 2023 CX-5 and are going back for another 2023 CX-5. This is not your typical dealership experience. They are honest and transparent about pricing and the entire process and very accommodating. On the first purchase, he helped me get out of a trade with negative equity and has provided excellent service and pricing on each subsequent Mazda purchase. From the moment you walk in, you feel that you are in good hands. I’ve had terrible experiences with other dealerships, such as Open Road, and Wayne is the complete opposite. You will want to continue to go back and do business with them. Steve is unlike any others and has gone the extra mile to help us get all of our Mazda’s and is very reliable, honest and best of all, kind. I have purchased Mercedes, Audi, Acura and Cadillac before, but have not received this level of service that is provided by Wayne Mazda and Steve. It feels like you are walking into a family. I will continue to only purchase from Steve and Mazda for years to come. Thank you for helping us get our Mazda’s. More

We love our new Mazda CX-5, but unfortunately have a problem with one of the key FOBs that is not working properly. The car only has 300 miles, so a bit surprising to have a problem this early. But more disappointing that Wayne Mazda service told me I need to wait 31 days until they have an appointment available to get it fixed. Update: another local dealer offered to take me same day, and when I couldn’t do that, gave me an appointment two days later. I was in and out of their Service dept in 15 minutes. Wayne Mazda will not be getting any of my future maintenance or other business. More
