They swore up and down they tightened the plug. Tried telling me it was leaking from the head gasket and it had been for some time. 1. It WAS leaking oil back in April of 2022. That issue was fixed. 2. The last time I brought it there the mechanic said in the video NO LEAKS. Took my mechanic 5 minutes to see it was leaking from the oil plug. He tightened it and low and behold...no more leaking. I lost about a quart of oil. Service manager refuses to take my calls More
We love our new Mazda CX-5, but unfortunately have a problem with one of the key FOBs that is not working properly. The car only has 300 miles, so a bit surprising to have a problem this early. But more disappointing that Wayne Mazda service told me I need to wait 31 days until they have an appointment available to get it fixed. Update: another local dealer offered to take me same day, and when I couldn’t do that, gave me an appointment two days later. I was in and out of their Service dept in 15 minutes. Wayne Mazda will not be getting any of my future maintenance or other business. More
Completed my vehicle’s first service visit and I’m truly satisfied with the handling and professionalism of services provided. Sales dept is really great but service dept not so much. This was not my first time in Mazda of Wayne and once again I am very disappointed. My first time oil change since I purchased my Mazda and they left oil all over the place. I have pictures taken because I could not believe they didn’t ever clean it after oil change. Also they didn’t even bother adding any wiper fluid as other dealerships does all the time. It is empty now and I will have to do this myself. This is really not the best service I have received. I am disappointed in Wayne service department I was hoping this time they will do better than last time but nothing changed. More
