I have purchased many vehicles in my life time and the experience I have had with this dealership has been extraordinary. We have purchased 6 vehicles from them and will continue to do so when the need arises. We have purchased both new and used vehicles. Excellent product. Can't say enough. This was overall a pleasant and easy transaction. One suggestion would be my first point of contact, which was Emily. I don’t think she is a good first impression of the dealership. I felt she responded to my emails without reading them or analyzing what was said. When I arrived at the dealership, I asked for her at the front desk. The clerk called and I could tell from the conversation a comment was made about me. The clerk said Emily was busy. I was then directed to Bob and Nick. Emily never once came over. The initial emails with her made me seek out other dealers. If Bob hadn’t called me personally I would have gone to another dealer. Emily dramatically changed after Bob got involved. More
