New Impreza Sport Hatchback I wasted a bunch of time at Lynns Subaru in Bloomfield (where my family had bought two cars previously). They still play the game where the salesman g I wasted a bunch of time at Lynns Subaru in Bloomfield (where my family had bought two cars previously). They still play the game where the salesman goes into the office and pretends to talk to the sales manager and get a better price. During one of those trips, I called around and found the same car for $2K less. The manager wouldn't believe me, and refused to call and confirm. I left, telling them to call me if they could come down on price. Once I got home, I called every Subaru dealer for 100 miles looking for a fairly specific model/combination. Ken called me back, told me he had one (in my second favorite color), for $2K less than Lynns. I drove over there that evening, and made the deal. Much less nonsense than the other place. And the Doc fees were half as much. Maybe a few hundred dollars on a $30K deal isn't that big of an issue, but it's still insulting when the other dealer wanted twice as much for the same thing. The car, options, and financing were carefully explained. I ended up getting the extended bumper to bumper warranty, and rolling it into the zero interest payments. The car is great. I'm very happy. I wish Subaru included scheduled maintenance with their new cars, but they don't. Not the fault of the dealer. More

From the minute we walked in until the minute we drove off the lot, we had nothing but a great experience. Our salesman, John, was attentive and helpful. The business manager, Dave, was so great explainin off the lot, we had nothing but a great experience. Our salesman, John, was attentive and helpful. Since I live out of the area of the dealership, a great deal needed to be accomplished by phone. I was in communication with other dealerships, which weren't responsive. The sales process went well and when there was an issue with my insurance documents not matching my driver's license number, the sales manager immediately handled it. I received several followup calls regarding my vehicle. I am very pleased with my experience at Wayne Subaru. More
