Impressive follow up after the vehicle delivery I took possession on a Friday of a new Subaru Legacy. On the following Monday morning Jasmine Wentz, my salesperson, called me and asked if I was hap I took possession on a Friday of a new Subaru Legacy. On the following Monday morning Jasmine Wentz, my salesperson, called me and asked if I was happy with my purchase and if I had any questions for her. I was very surprised because I never got a post sales call from a car dealer in the past! Jasmine did an impressive job with her follow up sales call.
