Joan was very thorough and she stayed with us the entire time - never pushed us off to someone else. We felt like we paid a fair price for the car and they gave us a fair price for our trade in. Most times when my husband and I would shop for a new car I would wind up standing in the parking lot and would tell him that I couldn't deal with the sales person any more - it was always so frustrating. We knew exactly what we wanted and we feel we chose the perfect person to buy this car from and the perfect dealership. I highly recommend Joan - she was great. When we picked up our new Crosstrek we deal with David for our loan and then Nick who walked us through how everything in the car works. Just bought our first Subaru after many months of research I recently bought a crosstrek at Wayne Subaru and was expecting a battle. I did my research prior to my visit and was armed with invoice price and a I recently bought a crosstrek at Wayne Subaru and was expecting a battle. I did my research prior to my visit and was armed with invoice price and a reasonable sales price; to my surprise Steve Durkin (my salesman) started the negotiation with "here's our invoice price". He was honest, didn't play games and was down to earth. I mentioned I wanted a certain color, he called me within an hour after I left and said he found my car! It was not high pressure and actually pleasant; first time that has ever happened. The building is not flashy but homey and all the employees very friendly. Nick guided me through the features of our premium model. He was professional and could answer any question. Last car we bought was an Audi Q7 and Steve and his support team blew that Audi crew away. I would definitely buy from them again. More
