My mom's a senior citizen, and it's been many years since she's bought a vehicle, but at no time in the process did anyone attempt to bulldoze her or talk down to her. Everyone was courteous, patient and respectful. When she wanted to have her mechanic check out the car, Charlie brought it there himself. An alignment needed to be performed, which Wayne Subaru handled immediately. Another member of the staff walked her through all the features of the vehicle. When the plates came in, Charlie put them on personally, and even addressed a minor scratch. My mother is happy with her new car, and I'm happy with how she was treated. More
