Our experience at Wayne Subaru was excellent. They knew we were in the shopping process off the bat and they did not ever give us a hard sell or pressured my wife and myself. There was a shaky period but it wasn't their fault. The car that was ordered arrived at the dealership had been damaged in shipping to their dealership. When Subaru let us know right away. They offered on site alternatives but not exactly what we wanted. They were acceptable and reasonable but I insisted on having the color to be our choice, Blue Pearl. They did a search and was able to locate one it took about a week or so to have it on site They kept me informed and their preparation and readiness for us to pick up. All the preparation was beautiful. The car was flawless their patience with me was as well. My wife and I really appreciated their honesty and their unbridled pursuit to track one down that was what we wanted. The prep work was flawless and they made sure that we were nothing but happy about our purchase (lease). I would definitely recommend this dealership. They have earned their stripes with us and of course with I'm sure a myriad of other customers. More
