My experience at Wayne Subaru started off poorly with a sales rep who treated me (a senior woman) and my daughter disrespectfully. He is no longer at Wayne Subaru, thankfully, and my experience since then sales rep who treated me (a senior woman) and my daughter disrespectfully. He is no longer at Wayne Subaru, thankfully, and my experience since then has been very good. I have Phil and Anthony to thank for that. I haven't bought a car since 2009 and was very limited as to what I could purchace. It needed to have short-person visibility (I'm 4'10") and I wanted awd. Not many cars are made today with short people in mind. The Subaru Forester turned out to be my best choice. It's expectedly much more high-tech than my 2009 Honda CRV, but Anthony has put me at ease by encouraging me to come in with my questions as often as necessary. Little by little I'm getting accustomed to driving my new car and am more and more pleased with my decision. I'm sure I have a very good vehicle. More
