If I can, I don't want to give any star to Wayne Subaru. In 2020, I am so excited planning to purchase a Subaru. After communicating with the Internet Sales, I had made an appointment to go in Wayne Subaru In 2020, I am so excited planning to purchase a Subaru. After communicating with the Internet Sales, I had made an appointment to go in Wayne Subaru to have test drive. Having waiting in the lobby for more than 30 minutes, finally met the Sales Associate. He did not even welcome me and my husband, first thing he said was "if you come in for the $50 gift certificate, here it is, don't have to waste his time." It's so ridiculous. We never have met such a rude Sales Associate. Walked out the door and never want to deal with this Dealer. Unfortunately we forgot the name of the Sales Associate who was so arrogant to customers.
