My family has driven Subaru cars for decades, and I knew I wanted another when my 2002 Forester started to go, and I chose to visit the Wayne Subaru location because it was closest and my family and I had h I wanted another when my 2002 Forester started to go, and I chose to visit the Wayne Subaru location because it was closest and my family and I had heard great things about the location and their selection of cars. And I'm so glad that we went here, because the difference for this location was clear to me from the moment we arrived. A Subaru representative approached us right away to assist and was extremely professional and friendly. John Greenwald was exceptional to us throughout the entire process; he was polite, patient, honest, very knowledgeable about Subaru products, and really made us feel like what we wanted was the priority. He allowed me to look all throughout the car I was interested in and even sit in some other models to make sure that I was comfortable and would be happy with the interior of the car. The test drive was easy and calm as he directed me on the route. He told me about all of the special features that came with the model I was test-driving (the Impreza Premium), like the telescoping steering wheel, blind spot alert, and drifting correction, which I really appreciated, because I never would have known about them if he didn't! And those safety features made me feel even more secure with my car choice than before. He took the time to answer all of my and my mother's questions, and I felt he was never trying to rush or push me into a deal. He made sure that I was completely aware of and happy with the model I was selecting, going over the rates available and where each and every charge was coming from. It feels like there was no piece left out. I'm so grateful that John was the dealer who approached us; he made my first car purchase a wonderful experience, every step of the process was easy and stress-free, and he was so patient and helpful, which is exactly what I think customers need for big and important purchases like this. I want to refer everyone I know who's looking for a car to him and this location! More

i waited at the service center to get an assessment of repairs. the service advisor informed me that front lower control arm bushings on my front suspension were bad. i requested to the advisor i wante repairs. the service advisor informed me that front lower control arm bushings on my front suspension were bad. i requested to the advisor i wanted all 4 front lower control arm bushings replaced. when i got a call telling me the repair work was complete and i went to pickup the car, i learned that only 2 bushings were replaced instead of all 4. i was not informed about that prior to completing the work. i think the dealer labor rate is high for work i can have done by certified automotive technicians. i walked away with a half-way done repair job where i have 2 original parts (age 7 years old) that should have been replaced, but still there. and when they do fail, i would look forward to paying this same job rate again to replace them, which was roughly 5 hours work at a rate of $ 150/hr. overall not a good value for what i wanted done. More
