Saw the car I wanted and had a max price I was willing/expecting to pay after dealer fees etc. After talking with Sean I was more than surprised to see the all in price was well below the amount I willing/expecting to pay after dealer fees etc. After talking with Sean I was more than surprised to see the all in price was well below the amount I thought I’d be paying. No games to be played no hidden fees everything was transparent and comfortable. I went to a few other dealerships prior to this one and the people either didn’t know what they were talking about or were not pleasant/negotiable. After striking a deal with Sean we talked to Christie and she was happy to answer all our questions and didn’t pressure us into buying any extra warranty or protections plans. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. HIGHLY recommend going to Wayne Subaru if you want to buy a car without getting played. 10/10 guys!! More

Shean Donnelly was great at taking his time and guiding me through the choices I was making in the accessories I was adding to my Outback. Sean went out of his way by making changes to the factory default me through the choices I was making in the accessories I was adding to my Outback. Sean went out of his way by making changes to the factory defaults that prior customers had articulated as not useful and detailed what the defaults were and what he changed them to. In the end, I wondered why the factory defaults were the default and glad he saved me the time and effort to find where to change them. I also wanted to delay the acceptance of the vehicle to suit my schedule he rescheduled the pickup to a convenient time. At the end of the day, Sean made the purchase much easier and help streamline the purchase process, and made the purchase a pleasant one. More
