Over the past 6 yrs, I/we’ve have purchased 3 cars through a car broker specifically because I didn’t want to deal with the ‘process’ of going to the dealership and the dealing what is usually not a fun experience. I knew the car I wanted to drive so set up a test drive and JV was gr8 ..... reached out the next day to negotiate the deal. I didn’t need financing or a trade-in valued so it was about the #’s ..... within an hour (by text / call) I had the deal done and could have had the car within 4hrs delivered to me with a better financing option. The car was delivered by Joe & his genious Andony with smiles on there faces @ rush hour on a Friday during the holidays ! WOW ..... we are really impressed on the ease of this deal and will definitely recommend Joe, JV and associates to others. More

They first apologies and wanted make things right if I’m willing to look at another vehicle. Not only did I found another vehicle but newer and even a better offer! The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel like I was their number one priority. They diffinitely came through but earns a star. I’m definitely recommend family and friends not for the price they can offer but for the phenomenal customer service. More
