Chris Phan is very professional and patient. He helped me to finish everything smoothly, from a test drive to car deliver. For some personal reason I missed the good deal in the first X1 which I did the test drive. But right after a new and better deal came out for another similar X1, Chris contacted me immediately, so I just went there and finished the transaction quickly. Chris also helped me to apply a very reasonable interest rate for the leasing term. At the very beginning my interest rate was very high. But after I did some home work and negotiation with Chris, he successfully applied and got the exact interest rate I wanted. That saved a lot of money for me!
