Had to go to the dealership in order to get my oil changed. Reason being that the oil pan plug was stripped and other services like jiffy lube would not do the change due to the plug being stripped. W changed. Reason being that the oil pan plug was stripped and other services like jiffy lube would not do the change due to the plug being stripped. Was then charged for the stripped plug even though no oil changes had been done up to this point. Which now makes me weary of what other shoddy service was done on the initial inspection to get the car out on the floor to be sold. More

Came in for check engine light. Was given a cause plus 2 other unrelated issues with my vehicle. The diagnosed engine light "fix" pertained to fuel pipe filler. Unprofessional! !! Josh and Breyanna went back and forth with me about a Warranty that they claim I didn’t not have. Over charged me and did not use my warranty. Br !!
