Replacing my 2010 Ford Focus On a Friday morning, I met with Kevin Grillioni, who asked the open-ended questions to determine what my interests were in replacing my vehicle (likes On a Friday morning, I met with Kevin Grillioni, who asked the open-ended questions to determine what my interests were in replacing my vehicle (likes, dislikes, colors, year, etc.) so I was able to view what I wanted. He teamed me with a 2017 Focus Titanium very quickly. Soon thereafter he left and heated up the car so I could test drive it on my own to determine if it was the car for me. In addition, he gave me a short tutorial as to how to start the car, change the seat and air temperatures, etc. When I returned, I learned of the pricing and had a short wait to hear of the loan and warranty packages. Prior to leaving, Kevin again provided a little more in-depth training on some of the features in starting the keyless remote, temperature, setting radio stations, radio, etc., and told me I could return for his assistance when I purchased a different phone to synch up with the phone system since my current phone is a dinosaur. By Friday afternoon, I drove out with my new 2017 Focus Titanium feeling safer and happier knowing I would not end up on the side of the road broken down any time in the near future had I not replaced my 2010 Ford Focus.
