Unfortunately, transmission on my Fusion decided to crash on me. I stopped in and talked to Tom about trading it in. He suggested a red Escape that was AWD. He informed me that a Transport Truck just came in and the blue I was looking at was on it. With today's current turmoil, I got a good interest rate on the 2022 Escape. He took a moment to understand what I was looking for and truly helped narrow down the vehicle that ended up being right for me. He was very knowledgeable about all questions I had, whether they were technical questions about the vehicle or process type questions since it had been so long since I had leased a car from a dealership that I kind of didn’t understand how some things worked. I walked in Saturday morning not knowing what I was looking for and within two hours I was driving my new vehicle home.
