He immediately suggested a 2014 Escape Titanium with low mileage (under 10,000). He accompanied us on a test drive and was ready with an answer to all of our questions, including why the vehicle had been traded in. He explained how the financing would work and honestly told us that we all understood the deal would hinge on the amount of the monthly payment. If it was too much for our budget we would walk and would part friends. Happily, the payment worked. Although it was bittersweet to be parted from the Ranger that we traded in (Brian had grown quite fond of it), we knew we had made the correct decision in purchasing the Escape. Our thanks to Mr. Yates for being so helpful and friendly! And thank you to Weber Ford for employing such accommodating people.
