My goodness we are so happy with our purchase and the deal we received. I would like to personally should out the salesmen that we worked with. Chris Phillips and David Powell went above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations as well as make sure we were comfortable by getting us coffee and pop to drink and such. They were very easy to talk to and made the experience very pleasant. Not something someone typically expects when going to a dealership! The sales manager Ryan Kaffer went above and beyond as well by helping us learn the ins and outs of the “ford pass” application for our vehicle. All three of these gentleman that we worked with talked to us more like we were there friends rather than just another customer who was making their paycheck! We have bought a lot of cars in our time, and I personally have sold cars on my own before and have never quite had an experience like the one we had today! It was great.... when I am in the market for a new car I will make the 5 hours to do business with them again.... if you’re on the fence about working with them, don’t be.
