When I arrived I was concerned about a check engine light. After the initial shock I was told by Mike the mechanic that the motor and catalytic converter were severely damaged and that the cost to repa light. After the initial shock I was told by Mike the mechanic that the motor and catalytic converter were severely damaged and that the cost to repair it was more than the vehicle was worth. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Great guy. The thing is we were leaving for VB in two days and now our tow vehicle was gone. Dave was really a tremendous help. He pulled out all the stops to ease the pain of having to make an unexpected purchase of another vehicle. He along with the salesman Brayden were very sympathetic and my wife and I really appreciated that since our emotions were all over the place with what was again a very unexpected situation. But we left the dealership with a beautiful 22 Yukon Denali. I’m writing this review in NC. It towed our rv beautifully from Maine to VB to NC. Not sure I’ll know how to use all the bells and whistles but we love it. Thanks again for all you have done for us. Steve and Kathy Cox More

Went in for an oil change and drove home a new truck! I was asked if I wanted an appraisal on my vehicle with no obligation and I agreed. Upon seeing the value of my trade-in, I was asked if I would be interested in at least taking a look at what it might cost to get me into a new 2026 truck, with similar options/package that existed on my Silverado. I was presented with several options (lease and buy scenarios). I informed the team on my limits and never felt any pressure, it was more of an exercise of the team trying to make things work out for me! Logan lead the effort, but several team members were extremely helpful. Logan got us to the finish line by end of day! Excellent overall experience. More
