My experience at Wellesley Mazda with Charles Dow was fantastic. I stopped by in the evening to test drive a couple vehicles. The team were notably under-staffed but Charles was quick to make sure I w fantastic. I stopped by in the evening to test drive a couple vehicles. The team were notably under-staffed but Charles was quick to make sure I was taken care of. As a first time car buyer, it was a much more laid back experience than I was expecting, which I appreciated. I test drove both the CX-5 and CX-50 and Charles was very accommodating, helping me see if my mountain bike would fit in the trunk of both cars. After some consideration, I ended up downsizing to a Mazda 3 (unfortunately Wellesley Mazda did not have the manual transmission model in their inventory at the time). I'm very appreciative of Charles' service. He was friendly, informative and accommodating and was a bright spot in my first experience of browsing for a new car. More

GQ answered my call and gave us a weekend appointment then followed up a text to confirm. We visited the Mazda at the Wellesley store at the appointment time. GQ warmly received us and showed us a new car which we are interested in. Then he helped us to do a testing drive. We are satisfied. Then we decided to purchase this new car and he helped us to go through all the paperwork. The entire purchase transaction (testing drive, purchase, etc.) had been completed on a Saturday morning…successfully and smoothly. We highly recommend Mazda at the Wellesley store, especially GQ as an exceptional salesman. More
