I went into this dealership, had made an appt. online- walked in and immediately wasn't greeted by anyone for at least 10 mins while the staff continued to chat at the front desk. When finally get online- walked in and immediately wasn't greeted by anyone for at least 10 mins while the staff continued to chat at the front desk. When finally getting someone's attention- they had me waiting an additional 30 mins for my test drive that I again, had set up an appointment for. Finally, the salesman returned-AJ, and says they cant find the keys to the vehicle I am interested in that I had set up an appointment to test drive. I then asked can he physically show me it at the very least or can I see something else? To which he replied he would grab his manager, Cole. Cole came over and reiterated that they could not locate the keys and said AJ will reach out to me the following day to follow up and reschedule. I reached out to AJ this morning about setting up another time and still haven't heard anything- almost 5 hours later. I have a sales background and am all about positive customer service experiences and this truly was an embarrassing and disappointing display of operating a business. I wanted to buy that night and they sent me away without showing me ANYTHING else they had to offer BUT it must be because "they don't work on commission" according to AJ. They don't work on commission so therefore they disregard any sales leads. Corny. 10/10 do not recommend purchasing from this dealership. More

I haven't bought a car in more than a decade and was pleasantly surprised that it went so smoothly. It was very busy at the dealership the day that I was there but I never felt rushed or pressured and got the whole thing wrapped up in one visit. If anyone wants a positive car buying experience I highly recommend Andrew. More

Terrible service. I sat there for over 6 hours. Was called a Karen by the GM because I told them I needed to leave by 4 for work. They couldn’t figure out how to do th I sat there for over 6 hours. Was called a Karen by the GM because I told them I needed to leave by 4 for work. They couldn’t figure out how to do the paperwork for a car being purchased under a business EIN. The car wasn’t even prepared for my appointment. The battery was even dead. DONT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS. More
