Terrible service. I sat there for over 6 hours. Was called a Karen by the GM because I told them I needed to leave by 4 for work. They couldn’t figure out how to do th I sat there for over 6 hours. I can't speak highly enough of Gerald Quek. He was very thorough with asking what I was looking for, and allowed us to have a lengthy test drive so we could see how the car performed on different types of roads, as well as on the highway. The CX-9 is an easy car to love, so I pretty much knew I wanted the car within minutes of driving, but wanted to make sure it performed on various road types. Gerald kindly came with us on the test drive since we don't know the dealership area well. Negotiations were fair and fast. Quickly signed paperwork and went home. To my surprise, I noticed there was a car on site with even more features I would like- and here is the kicker- Gerald GAVE ME HIS NUMBER so I could reach out with any questions or concerns- so I did! It's after hours that I text him, and he responds right away. He's going to see first thing Monday if we can get me switched over to that other vehicle. Now, I don't know how often you go car shopping, but I have never had a sales person at a dealership provide me with a number that was reachable after hours. That truly is exceptional customer service, and it is appreciated. I look forward to being able to update this review after delivery with more positive feedback. More
