The fact that he seats down and will share his screen with you is just the cherry on top of his service. Purchased a used 2019 CX-5 and could not be more thrilled. We had one issue with the car (headlight was out and the exhaust pipe was leaking) which Wellesley Mazda promptly took care of at no expense to us. Did not charge us a dime and so far the car is running great. Thank you again for a decent experience, I highly recommend this dealership and Andrew. More

Our salesman was Michael Winterson (Mike), where he made the shopping experience stress-free, pleasant and beyond compared to other car dealerships! Our salesman was Michael Winterson (Mike), where he made the shopping experience stress-free, pleasant and easy. We gave him a general idea of what we were looking for and he was able to quickly show us the available cars, giving us a detailed overview of each car. We ultimately chose the CX-5 Grand Touring and have not regretted it! Mike has since followed up asking about the car, proving he cares for his customers and the product he is selling. I would highly recommend this dealership again based on our recent experience. More
Two weeks ago our time was up at the end of our lease for our 2018 Mazda CX-5. Everything from start to finish with Wellesley Mazda, and more specifically, Michael Winterson who we worked with was easy, seam our 2018 Mazda CX-5. Everything from start to finish with Wellesley Mazda, and more specifically, Michael Winterson who we worked with was easy, seamless, comfortable, and straightforward. I called to make an appointment prior (which I highly recommend, when we were there on Saturday it was very busy!) - I made the appointment with Michael who I spoke to and dealt with from the start. When at the dealership negotiating a deal, it was stress free and we felt that Michael really listened to what we wanted and were looking for in terms of our next car. We ended up with the 2021 Mazda CX-5 (the next level up from our 2018 model), same payment, no $$ down. Great deal, we appreciate Michael working with us and making the experience easy and efficient. Highly recommend this dealership and Michael! More

Cole was excellent, transparent, and didn't pressure me into anything. Cole was professional and patient, and fostered a friendly atmosphere to work with. If I had to write about something to improve, it's that Cole frequently had to go 'ask his manager' about something, leaving me to wait for sometimes up to ten minutes. I sincerely don't believe this is Cole's fault. Often times he would return with Rodrigo, sometimes he'd return with Darren. This could be a weakness in your organizational structure, in that your immediate salespeople don't have the independence necessary to guide their customers (which as noted previously, I think is unlikely), or perhaps, it's exactly what Cole was told to do. I was not pleased after working with Rodrigo. On any occasion that we spoke, it felt like Rodrigo was talking down to me. Instead of sitting down while I was (this is called matching somebody's level), he would stand and hold onto a chair that was in front of him. I did not like his demeanor. It felt like he was unnecessarily trying to play hard ball with me, despite at no juncture in my experience at Wellesley Mazda did I want to, or approach, haggling about price. If this is how you treat customers that may be on the fence about purchasing a vehicle, you sincerely have the wrong team leader. I am an informed buyer and it felt like he was trying to take control of any conversation that we had about the car I ended up purchasing. I had concerns about items on the car and he was very stubborn and frankly rude when he and I spoke about these concerns, telling me that 'it's a used car, we can't fix everything', before I even finished telling him what I was trying to tell him. Why would you even say that? I know it's a used car, and I know that you can't fix everything. I wasn't trying to tell you to fix everything, and I wasn't haggling, I was trying to be an informed buyer. Rodrigo is not someone that I can see being friendly to customers, you might find he will have better success outside of a customer-focused position within your organization. Cole, Darren, and Krystal, all of whom I worked with, were the antithesis of Rodrigo. These individuals were outstanding, professional, polite, good listeners and patient. They also had a sense of humor. More
