I had a good experience getting the car. However the vehicle came with no oil and engine problems and it’s been 3 months and i keep getting the run around with the warranty place, Wellesly Mazda dealers vehicle came with no oil and engine problems and it’s been 3 months and i keep getting the run around with the warranty place, Wellesly Mazda dealership. I’m still paying for a vehicle that is not drivable and I’m a single mother of three kids. This dealership knew that and they are abusing me. Don’t come to this place. I have contacted everyone in this building and the run around makes me sick. If you want to buy a drivable car don’t come here. The extended warranty they sell is trash don’t waste your money or time. More

Rodrigo was the most unprofessional car salesman I have ever interacted with. I actually drove 30 miles to another dealership just bc I couldn't deal with him and his attitude. The two sales managers, Rodrigo Nadal and Darren Bonanno, plus my salesman, Henry Diep, plus the leasing manager, Krystal Miller, made this a simple, seamless transaction. All of them deserve 5 star praise for their professionalism and customer centric service.
