We filled it out in the morning, spoke on a quick confirmation call within an hour, met at the dealership to sign that evening after work hours, and drove it home the next morning with everything completed within 24 hours! We were comfortably guided along in the process with full transparency and no surprises. We had indicated exactly what we wanted and so they made if happen as effortlessly as possible. There was no upselling or haggling, no lowballing with the trade-in, nor any high pressure tactics like what I have experienced at many other dealers. I highly recommend going here if you're in the market for a new car. They all understand their product and their brand very well and though it's somewhat cliche to say, they truly put their customers first. I had a really great experience with this dealer! I worked with Jeff Baez to buy a used car and he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made the whole process very easy for a first time buyer. I was also never left standing around waiting while Jeff was busy--every time I walked through the door, someone came over right away to ask me how they could help. The dealer was also very transparent about my used car and gave me the CarFax for free, the maintenance report from when they tuned up the car, and the Blue Book value of the car (and I purchased my car for a price that was a few hundred below both the CarFax value and the Blue Book value, by the way). Really great dealer, definitely recommend them! More
