Well I now know to never buy a Lexus from a mazda dealership altho I don’t think this service team is capable of servicing Mazda’s as iv been going since we got our Lexus and have regular oil change dealership altho I don’t think this service team is capable of servicing Mazda’s as iv been going since we got our Lexus and have regular oil changes(don’t get roped into purchasing their scam of a warranty by the way), there which we just had yesterday and they forgot to put the oil in so the car as we were driving it home and ect....started seizing up.... yeah?!? xxx?!? ....now my plans for today as can’t drive car is ruined they really should come tow the car and leave me with rental. .... I’ll update here to tell u if it happens I doubt it cus I’ll prob have to fight them on it like every other issue 😤&It’s been a few other issues in the past where the navigation screen had a manufacturers issue and they wouldn’t deal with it I had to go to the Watertown and Lexus which by the way Watertown Lexus is amazing and they actually helped us and barely even charged us so they are xxxxing awesome should have went there... Wellsey Mazda is just not up to par ..nice team very low on the machinable skill set ..2 Let’s see if they make this right ..... More
