I recently purchased my first car from Wellesley Mazda and I had an excellent experience. What I loved and appreciated the most was that he did not pressure me into purchasing a car right there on the spot like other dealerships I’ve went to. He let me think and talk it over for as long as I needed and made the whole process smooth and easy. There was a mixup when I went to pick up my new car and before I even knew what was going on, Josh had already come up with the best solution and made my day considering!!! He is an amazingggg salesman there and I highly recommend going to him directly. I also worked with Carlos, the Finance Manager, and he, too, was extremely nice and personable, listened to my concerns and attended to my needs exceptionally! Bought a used Subaru as a first car for my student child. Paid full price. It had 111k miles. After driving 500 miles the oil light came on. I brought it in to a Subaru dealership and they did an oil bur Paid full price. It had 111k miles. After driving 500 miles the oil light came on. I brought it in to a Subaru dealership and they did an oil burn test requiring another 1000 miles to be driven. The test failed and I was informed there was a recall and Subaru had extended the warranty to 100k miles. Wellesley Mazda had said there were no issues, there was a clean CarFax, and no recalls. There was no way to determine the issue until it was beyond the MA Lemon law. Wellesely Mazda refused to deal. They refused to acknowledge they had sold a piece of junk that will cost $4k+ to fix. They could have replaced the engine for free just 10k earlier. I am convinced they knew of the issue but chose to push it off on someone else. Lack of integrity. Lack of customer care. Their motto is Transparency. Maybe lack thereof. Not worthy of anyone's business. More
