Mike Winterson, the sales associate, spent the time to take a consultative approach to find out exactly what I was looking for in a new car. He was professional and friendly, patiently listening to & answering all my questions during my visits and test-drives. He kept in touch in a way that showed interest -- but that was never intrusive. In the end, I decided to buy a German car -- and let Mike know by e-mail. He responded with a lovely "congratulations" message. What more could you ask for? In addition to Mike, the sales manager, Rodrigo Nadal, was a pleasure to deal with. If I were to buy a Mazda, it would definitely be from Wellesley Mazda. More
Great Customer Service I was interested in a used car and went to then dealership to check it out. I was helped out by Michael and he was great. He was very honest, helpful, and truly wanted me to have the best buying experience possible. It was early in my search and there was other cars I wanted to see before making my decision. I decided on another vehicle from a different dealership but solely because I thought it was a better fit for me and completely unrelated to the experience I had at Wellesley Mazda. Michael kept me updated on the status of the car I was interested throughout my shopping which was extremely helpful. I will certainly keep Wellesley Mazda in mind for my next purchase. More
Sakes and Service The other day, I had my 2014 Mazda6 in for routine service (excellent service by the way) and took the opportunity to check out the CX-5. In the proce The other day, I had my 2014 Mazda6 in for routine service (excellent service by the way) and took the opportunity to check out the CX-5. In the process I was helped by Krystal Miller who I found to be cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was able to take a CX-5 home as a loaner as my car needed to stay overnight. Very happy with it but my wife's sciatica made it painful for her to get in and out of so I'm sticking with my 6 for now which I love driving. Really enjoy Wellesley Mazda. Unlike other dealerships I have worked with, they don't just say they're customer-focused. They are. More
