Every time I walked in (three different occasion), I was greeted by the staffs. The sales representative, Alexa was extremely helpful in helping me understand what I want and what I will get, even though my mind was set for the 2017 CX-5. She went through all the details about the car, gave me a very good demonstration in the test drive. They helped me to apply car loan, and complete the registration. Before I drove away, Mr . Kamergorosky even gave a detailed walkthrough about how to use all the tech part of the car, which saved me from that 1 inch thick manual book. All I can say is, this was the best experience I ever had. More

Poor customer service over and over again We purchased two cars in 18 months at Wellesley Mazda and each time was not pleasant. But their our local dealer so we do business with them. We went in this past Sunday to get a new one and trade in a beautiful CX5. We stood around for ten minutes and NO ONE Greeted us at all. I tried making eye contact with the two sales managers at the front desk but they both totally ignored me and kept their head down. After ten minutes I just told my wife we will just travel to another dealership because it seems to get worse and worse there. The generall manager and sales manager should smile a bit more and focus on their customer service bevause very poor! We went to Gallery Mazda and it was actually a FUN experience, just the way buying a Mazda should be! More

Most importantly, she and the others all took the time to listen to our needs, budget and fit us into the right car. The entire team worked well together, Sales, the GM, the Business Director and Matt whom deliverd the car. We wanted to make a move into the car the same day and they went out of their way to make that possible. Good thing, 5 drivers 4 cars is tough, 3 cars impossible.
