I came to Wellesley Mazda one day after having a REALLY bad experience in Norwood...exactly what the general perception of buying a car is; painful, o I came to Wellesley Mazda one day after having a REALLY bad experience in Norwood...exactly what the general perception of buying a car is; painful, obnoxious, sleazy and stressful. I was completely turned off by that experience and walked into this dealership expecting much of the same. However, I instantly liked Carlos from the initial handshake and things just went up from there. He treated me with respect, once I told him that I was making the purchase and not my boyfriend, who was also with me, and I never once felt that I was being 'hosed' or taken advantage of! He explained every option to me that I was interested in hearing about and then proceeded to price out several different cars; makes, models, features, etc. They also offered me a fair trade in value for my car, which was key in my decision making. But mostly, it was Carlos's low-pressure, no BS approach that led to me saying YES! Also, Alex Kamergorosky sat IN the car with me and thoroughly showed me every single feature and answered my numerous questions like a champ and did not seem annoyed at all (or, he hid it REALLY well anyway- ha!). I am in LOVE with my CX-5 and look forward to my long relationship with it! I also plan to have it serviced in Wellesley even though I do live in Norwood - but I refuse to give them my business after my ordeal there. Thanks so much for the awesome experience! He helped my friend find the right car for him, with out any pressure to try to get the more expensive package just for the heck of it. Almost made me want to trade in my Rav4 for for a new Mazda right there. Will definitely consider going to Mazda in the future. More

From the start I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness that I have never received at any other dealership. I came in on a rainy sunday and was greeted by Henry Diep. I told him what I was looking for in a car and he was able to guide me in the right direction. The patients that he showed with my parents and girlfriend was wonderful. I personally knew which car I wanted after his counseling but my father gets a little pushy and asked many questions about the car. Henry was able to answer all his questions and put him at ease which is a remarkable feat in itself. I never felt pressured into buying a car and even when I decided he was able to make the transaction smooth and seamless. Wellesley Mazda is amazing and Henry Diep the man to see if you want to buy a car. More
