She was extremely knowledgeable about the car and Mazda in general, and really tried to make sure the car (and price) were the right fit for me. She acted as more of an advocate than a salesperson, which is extremely rare in the dealership world. It was so refreshing to find that at Wellesley Mazda, and would highly recommend to anyone. More

We were not pushed into a corner at any moment in time and the car test drive was thorough and meticulous. He laid out all possible financing options to ensure that whichever we were going to go with, we were comfortable with it and that we had the view on most (if not all) of them. This was greatly appreciated as we changed our initial approach to something that was better in the end. I would definitely recommend Mazda Wellesley and Anthony for another purchase. More

Manager changed Mind and rescinded offer I wasted four hours of my time at this dealership. The sales Manager agreed to a price over the phone yesterday and today when I came in to do the pap I wasted four hours of my time at this dealership. The sales Manager agreed to a price over the phone yesterday and today when I came in to do the paperwork , he said he would not be able to do the offer because he forgot the price was with financing. Even my salesperson knew that the manager had agreed to the terms yesterday and all along The salesman knew I would be taking advantage of the zero percent financing. I liked the new salesman very much ( Roberto Jimenez) but it is clearly irresponsible businesss practice by the sales manager to back out of an agreement when I made time to come in to complete the transaction. I don't appreciate the games they played . I did my homework and so I had some good offers. Don't waste your time here! Sorry, I do not remember the name of the sales manager....... More

Nonetheless, I found my recent purchase of a 2017 Mazda CX-5 to be so seamless and transparent that I felt compelled to share it with the masses. From the moment my partner and I walked into the showroom Wellesley Mazda's commitment to customer service was apparent. Our sales rep, Mike Winterson, was very informative, friendly and not in the least bit pushy. He worked with his sales manager Rodrigo Nadal to find a way for me to exit my overrun lease to enter into a new CX-5, just in time for my birthday! And for those of you who are reading this review who have yet to test drive the CX-5, I implore you to do so. Before going to Mazda I checked out Volvo and several other dealers for a mid-level SUV. My experience suggests there's no comparison when it comes to quality and value. The premium package features on my CX-5 would have cost me $17-22k more on a comparable Volvo XC-60. And just when I thought my good fortune at Wellesley Mazda was complete I met Alexander Kamergorodsky, resident car delivery concierge. If you purchase a new vehicle from Wellesley Mazda (which I recommend), please take the time to have Mr. Kamergorodsky walk you through its bells and whistles! As a result of his thorough and responsive presentation, I've already managed to impress partner and friends with my facile navigation of the CX-5's features ;-) In closing, I found my first new car buying experience at Wellesley Mazda to be transparent and customer-centered. Mike, Rodrigo and Alexander's attention to detail was the icing on my CX-5 birthday cake! More

Great Experiance Quite Satisfied. Went to get a new car on a tight timeline, as my old one quite literally exploded and walked away with a beautiful used Mazda 6 with Quite Satisfied. Went to get a new car on a tight timeline, as my old one quite literally exploded and walked away with a beautiful used Mazda 6 with only 20k miles on it. My saleswoman Alexa was extremely accommodating, and I never felt I was in a high-pressure sales situation, which I was anticipating/dreading in the search for a new car. She let me take my time, and when she didn't know the answer she found someone who did. When it came time to pay, we missed going to the bank in time to get a cashiers check in time, and they worked with us to work out payment so I was abler to drive off the lot with the car the same day. Definitely a painless experience, highly recommend! More
