Always ask for Krystal! Krystal changes the rules of the game. She's patient, professional and so personable. Personally, I can't stand the car buying experience. It takes way too long and can be frustrating at best. This time, it felt like we were visiting an old friend. We talked, laughed, tested cars and then, she did her best to offer us the best deal she could. In the end, we did not buy the car. This had NOTHING to do with Krystal or the dealership. The situation was just not right and we walked away. I emailed her to let her know and she was as understanding and cordial as when we first walked in the door. Krystal is a class act. My only regret is that I was not able to buy a car from her. As for the dealership and the rest of the team... Also, A+. They are courteous, polite and no one tried to pressure us. Again, if I am ever in the market for a Mazda, I will definitely call Krystal and her team. More

Two weeks ago, when my honda civic was totaled, I contacted Krystal again! She remembered me, and took great care to set up an appointment and get me into something that fit my lifestyle and budget. From the minute I was in the Mazda dealership, she made me feel I was a priority. After going back and forth between leasing or buying a used car, Krystal was completely supportive, knowledgable, and understanding. Even when my insurance company (thanks a lot, Geico) was completely useless, Krystal helped me until the very end. I didn't even get a Mazda, I went with a used Nissan Rogue. They have a decent inventory of used cars, at fairly affordable prices. If you go here, ask for my girl, Krystal! More
