After going back and forth between leasing or buying a used car, Krystal was completely supportive, knowledgable, and understanding. Even when my insurance company (thanks a lot, Geico) was completely useless, Krystal helped me until the very end. I didn't even get a Mazda, I went with a used Nissan Rogue. He answered all of my questions fully and thoroughly, introduced me to the sales manager and was able to help me get the information I needed as well as the price I wanted for my car. I can honestly say I wasn't looking forward to the car buying experience, but after interacting with Wellesley Mazda especially Gabe, my impression has changed.
