Unlike another salesman at another Mazda dealership, she fully explained the two options available with the CX-5, and it is because of Krystal that I purchased a CX-5 (based upon my meeting with the other (bad) saleswoman at another dealership, my initial impression was that it was too expensive). Krystal was also very pleasant to deal with. Due to the fact I needed to purchase immediately, I was not able to purchase from Wellesley Mazda, but that did not have to do with Krystal. Do yourself a favor and meet with her if you're looking to buy! More

Ordered a car 980 miles away I worked with Anthony and ordered a car I had never seen. I had it delivered to Arkansas on a promise that it was worth what I paid. My wife and I were an hour a I called early Saturday morning about a 2013 Mazda3 with 6-speed manual transmission I had seen on-line the night before. My wife and I were an hour away and Krysta said she'd have the car ready by the time we got there. The car was ready and within 10 minutes we were out driving. We both took turns driving while Krysta rode shotgun and answered all of many questions. We liked the car a lot, but didn't buy it. We had forgotten about sales tax and other fees which put the car out of our budget. We loved our experience with Krysta who introduced us to Greg (Manager of the pre-owned business) before we left. We have plenty of time before we need a new car and we plan to keep working with Krysta until she finds us one with the options we want that's in our price range. More
