Unlike another salesman at another Mazda dealership, she fully explained the two options available with the CX-5, and it is because of Krystal that I purchased a CX-5 (based upon my meeting with the other (bad) saleswoman at another dealership, my initial impression was that it was too expensive). Krystal was also very pleasant to deal with. Due to the fact I needed to purchase immediately, I was not able to purchase from Wellesley Mazda, but that did not have to do with Krystal.
