Amazing! Was told a ballpark figure prior coming in. Figures weren't even close & they wouldn't budge on the sticker price of a 3 year old used car. Also, they appraised my car $2000 under the nearest appraisal of other dealerships. Salesman was great but the bad business management lost out on an easy used car sale.
