Bill, the gentleman I met at the front of the showroom, was incredibly gracious, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. He answered all my questions and we took a lengthy test drive of the car I was interested in. He also worked with management to maximize the value of my trade and my insurance company to get me on the road and registered within a couple days. Bill, thank you for everything, and I can certainly say Wellesley Mazda should be on anyone's list! More

Horrible misleading service Wellesley Mazda's service dept is horrible. I purchased a new car from them in June. They had no problem sweet talking me then. I brought it in for service today and sat there for 2 hours before they came and told me they didn't have the part. They then made me prepay for the part sighting it was too expensive. Really whoever had to do that. When I called to speak to the manager he outright lied to me and told me it was a misunderstanding. I will never go there again and have reported them to the better business bureau. More
