The salesman, Nicholas was very knowledgeable, very patient, friendly, etc. All the things you would hope a good sales person would be. We didn't buy that car. We thought about it for a couple of months, then when our old 2006 RAV4 started needing more repairs, we came back to Wellesley Toyota and asked for Nicholas. He again helped us with the purchase of a 2016 Hybrid RAV4 that was exactly what we wanted. Again there was no pressure, just very helpful. He again went for the test drive loop with us, explaining how the features worked, etc. Very professional. More

Chelsie Alvarez, the business development manager, was very helpful online and NOT pushy. She touched base with us here and there but did NOT hound us like other car dealerships do once an initial contact is made, which I appreciated.
