But Wellesley Toyota was very different. They were clear about model availability up front. My salesman Henry Esteve was friendly, patient with all of my questions, and low key. The sales manager Shaun Fisher made it possible for my mechanic to review the car before purchase. Henry picked me up at the T station when I came to get the car (used Prius c). Just a great team! We then leased a 2017 Toyota Corolla and turned in the 2015 without any problems what so ever! She was thoughtful, sensitive and just wonderful from the beginning to the end 4 hours later. I would recommend her and your dealership to anyone! One of the most pleasant experiences I've had. Just wonderful. More

No apology. No compensation. Their excuse was overbooking. And I missed an important meeting because of their total lack of accountability and consideration. Dima kindly not only suggested a new car which perfectly met my requests but also explained the detail of getting a car repeatedly until I understand what I should do in spite of my poor English skill. It took more than five hours for my procedure because of my low credit score, but she handled my thing with great perseverance. Also, she kindly talked to me while I was waiting for hours with anxiety, "Do not worry, Kosuke." Her warmth removed my anxiety. My mother country, Japan, is famous with the high quality of service, but I have never seen the person who is thoughtful like her even in Japan. I am grateful to her for helping me a lot.
