We live a stone's throw away from another major Toyota dealer on the Auto Mile, and we drive all the way to Wellesley Toyota for everything because the experience is so civilized! This was my third car. I like Toyota of Wellesley because they really make you feel like you are part of their family. I have visited other dealerships and I just felt uncomfortable in trying to get a deal t they really make you feel like you are part of their family. Reliability is extremely important to me. This is my first time to buy a new car from dealership and I only once bought a used from private owner. So I did a lot of homework to avoid scam from bad dealership. I was open to buy any car model such and I only once bought a used from private owner. So I did a lot of homework to avoid scam from bad dealership. I was open to buy any car model such as forester, Rav 4 or CR-v, as long as I can find a good dealer. So I sent a lot of e-mail out and visited several dealerships around my area. And I was very disappointed and wasted a lot of time until I received e-mail from Josh who distinguished himself from the others by clearly listing the details of the quote including the price, options in detail, and other fees. And each time he wrote me back, all our former emails were attached and you know nothing was hidden. There were also no “switching” and bait games played as I experienced from other dealers. Josh was very patient and answered all my questions I want to know. After a few emails we finished negotiation. Josh’s communication with me was clear, direct, no hide, no switch and no bait. The price was just a little higher than others. So, on Saturday morning I visited Wellesley Toyota dealership and test-drove a new Rav 4 with Jamie who is very friendly and helpful. After then I met Larry who was in charge of paper work. I knew this was the most important part of the buying process and most of the tricks could be played. I was glad that my experience told me that Larry is very knowledgeable, patient, sophisticated,and smart. For instance, first he approved the price which I negotiated with Josh before, then asked me if I need extend warranty and I said no, then he never mentioned again. He asked me what I would like to have. I was interested in some security systems but I do not know some details and he explained it to me and told me if I was still not sure, I could call him back next day to decide. I was really appreciated that Larry did not push me to buy anything I did not want. He offered me what I really wanted. At the end I ordered security system for my new car by my own decision. He is a real outstanding business man and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Before I visited dealerships I have already decided to have auto loan from credit union instead of from dealership to avoid complications. But Larry’s work style changed my minds. So, first I told Larry I wanted to have my auto loan from credit union and Larry told me no problem and the car price won’t change. Then I thought Larry was the guy I could trust so I asked Larry I would consider using the auto loan form this dealership if interest rate was acceptable and no change after all purchase papers was signed. Shortly we agreed on the interest rate and I was happy because it also saved my time. Larry told me this rate won’t change if I signed the financial paper works. During the paper signing process, I asked Larry a lot of questions on contract because I did not want to sign with questions. Larry never complained, he took a lot of time with me. On Monday afternoon Larry told me I can pick up my new car now. Next day morning I picked up my new car and met Cote who also did a great job by showing me all the detailed function of the car. He was a very knowledgeable and experienced guy that you can rely one. I still can not believe that only 2 business days all set, so quick and easy. I really want to thank all you guys at Wellesley dealership to help me in this buying process, especially Josh and Larry who made a new car buy process so easy and smooth. And I would never be afraid of a buying new car if all dealerships are the same as Wellesley Toyota. I visited a lot of dealership from beginning of August, and my experience told me that Wellesley Toyota-Scion dealership is the best one so far. If somebody is still looking for an excellent dealership, you definitely should check this dealership out. More
This was the best service I've received at a dealership, by far. Chris has been unbelievably helpful and I continue to ask for him every time I need an oil change or any other service. Recently I went in to have a wheel bearing replaced and Chris greeted me as soon as I walked out of the car. He explained to me the timeframe it would take and kept me updated on the progress as I waited in their amazing new quiet room. He followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was going well and I was pleased with the results. Not only was I pleased with the service, but also the price we were able to negotiate. It was far better than what I would have received going anywhere else. That type of quality service and customer relations from a dealership is few and far between. I would definitely recommend and continue to bring my business to Toyota of Wellesley and, specifically, Chris Massaro. More

Brandon was extremely knowledgeable on both my trade-in (Jeep Wrangler) and the new Camry I was looking at. I liked Larry (and I really liked the receptionist), but some of the first words out of Chris's mouth overstated the car's MPG. It was 100 degrees, I was stuck in traffic, and my car's air conditioner decided to die. What timing!! Everybody I dealt with, from the first person who took my keys, to the nice gentleman who gave me a ride after dropping my car off, to the service manager Chris were extremely professional, honest, and helpful. My car ended up needing a significant amount of attention (it's 8 years old), and every step of the way was explained to me in detail. No surprises here! And I was never "pressured" into anything I didn't need, which is so refreshing! Overall it was an extremely positive experience. More
I have had the kind of Service experiences with Chris Massaro that just make the day better. My first encounter with him was when he tackled a series of minor, thankless, and (for another person, perhaps Massaro that just make the day better. My first encounter with him was when he tackled a series of minor, thankless, and (for another person, perhaps) irritating requests I had, regarding outstanding "extras" from my new car purchase. He relentlessly pursued the items I needed, as if his very life depended on getting them. It was tremendously helpful to have things just "taken care of" by Chris. This has developed into a pattern with him; I bring him one problem or another and he cheerfully, competently, and quickly just makes the trouble disappear, as if by magic. My most recent trip to Chris was to get my Scion XD mended after being struck from the rear by another driver. He set me up with a rental at a rate that worked for my insurance company, handled all paperwork seamlessly, and even faxed some extra paperwork to the insurer after I bungled the attempt. A real hero! I actually look forward to seeing Chris, now. It says much about a Service representative, for a customer to look forward to taking their vehicle into "the shop." I have encountered very few people in my working life who combine Chris' mixture of willingness, intelligence, consistency, warmth, and pure competence. I recommend him highly and without any reservation or qualifications. He is simply doing a stellar job! More
