I had not been on a dealer's lot since 1995 having bought my most recent vehicles from private sellers. I was interested in an '08 Highlander, which very few private people were selling. I contacted several my most recent vehicles from private sellers. I was interested in an '08 Highlander, which very few private people were selling. I contacted several dealerships and visited 3. My best experience was at Wellesley. I visited them when I first started looking, but was not yet ready to buy and ultimately returned to purchase from them. I would echo others' comments about no pressure tactics, and just a ridiculously high level of customer service. There is truly a team approach to helping customers. Wellesley firmly believes in the price value of their pre-owned vehicles, so do your homework and know what you want to pay as you would with any dealer. There was only one Highlander I was interested in on their lot. Shaun worked hard with me to arrive at a deal and did everything necessary to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I wanted to have the car inspected by my own mechanic, but lived far away from Wellesley. Gibson drove it to my mechanic while I was at work, waited while it got checked out, and then drove it back to Wellesley. Because I was leaving on vacation, Wellesley held onto the car for me until I returned. They took care of all the paperwork and I returned a week later to have the car inspected and get it's sticker. All the while Gibson had been in contact with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. I was treated fairly and respectfully by everyone I encountered in the buying process. As with all car purchases, a visit with Mike in Finance is part of the process whether or not you are actually financing with them. Again no pressure here, but do your price research ahead of time if you are interested in value-added services like LoJac, extended warranties, or supplemental tire and wheel coverage, all of which will be offered to you when you are doing the paperwork with mike. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. More
We walked into the dealership on Easter simply to browse the selection and one car in particular that Gibson promptly returned an email to us about. We only went in to view the car, but ended up getting an excellent trade-in value on our current car and with the great service, we pulled the trigger after having been to about 6 dealers in the previous week. Not only was the selection and price great, but they were very courteous to me an my wife and no-pressure when it came to the sales discussion. Excellent customer service! More

I explained I lived an hour away and could only come down on certain days. He was very accommodating, coming in on his day off, to meet with me and show me the vehicle. He was also very understanding when I told him that if I did decide to purchase the car, my son would not be able to come and sign any papers for at least a week or so. I liked the car very much. We communicated thru emails and I made another visit, bringing in my son,s trade-in. Including the trade, the price was right! All and all, the experience was great! My son is the proud owner of a "new" used car.....thanks to Gibson and Wellesley Toyota. More
I had spent several months looking for a specific vehicle. Lucky for me I found it in Toyota of Wellesley's Used Cars inventory and was looked after by Jason Crede. I was exporting the vehicle to C vehicle. Lucky for me I found it in Toyota of Wellesley's Used Cars inventory and was looked after by Jason Crede. I was exporting the vehicle to Canada and Jason was able to facilitate the entire transaction over the phone and in a manner that made me feel comfortable. On top of that they helped me arrange for the vehicle to be transported to the Canadian border. I will definitely keep Jason in mind for my next vehicle purchase! More
We stopped by for preowned car department to see highlander hybrid. He is nice salesman, he always follows up with me and didnt give me any pressure. Toyota of Wellesley was by far the friendliest, most helpful, patient, knowledgeable, & professional dealership that I dealt with while car shopping in Massachusetts. Saleswoman Jessica Czyryca in parti helpful, patient, knowledgeable, & professional dealership that I dealt with while car shopping in Massachusetts. Saleswoman Jessica Czyryca in particular stood out. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, supportive, willing to go the extra mile without being asked to, patient, a good listener, with an indefinable humaness rare in the car sales business, she greatly influenced my final decision to buy from this dealership. Also, and this was crutial, their used cars seemed "cleaner", or in better condition, than the other dealerships I visited in Massachusetts. Everyone I dealt with at Toyota of Wellesley seemed to go out of their way to make me feel comfortable & had a sincere desire to earn my business. They did. The follow-up has been extensive, helpful & very impressive. I highly recommend Toyota of Wellesly to ANY new or used car buyer!! More

They followed up on every inquiry I had, and they seemed to go out of their way to speed up the credit check and paperwork for me. My husband and I traveled from Connecticut to Toyota of Wellesley to check out a Nissan Xterra that we had been searching for after having a horrible experience with a local dealer. We met with Adam who met us promptly on arrival and sent us off on a test drive. Adam was wonderful to work with. The only disappointment that we had was they weren't willing to budge on the price. Since the vehicle was still reasonably priced, we decided to purchase it. Michael was great to work with in regards to the financing and he found better financing rates than any other dealer we had worked with. We made a total of three trips from Connecticut to Wellesley during the process and it was worth every minute! More

He did not make me feel like he was trying to sell me the car, but was working with me to purchase the car. At no time was there any pressure and even their follow-up a few days later was courteous and not intrusive or a relentless hard sell like you often experience with many dealerships. Adam was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took his time to go around the exterior and interior of the car and explain and demonstrate the features and to let me examine everything without making me feel like I was wasting his time. The negotiation on the price of the car and our trade-in was very easy and carefully explained and overall, the price was extremely fair and competitive. Were it not for the color (our neighbor has the same car and color), we would have bought it. I also noticed while Adam was talking to his manager that the service advisors would come out and sit down with customers to patiently explain the work they proposed to be done (or in one case, that did not need to be done) and answer questions customers had before proceeding with any work. The service customers seemed relaxed and calm which you don't always see either. I would highly recommend Wellesley Toyota and Adam. They have shown themselves to be honest, down-to-earth and a pleasure to work with and I will plan on using their service department whether or not I end up buying my car there. More
