Alan Constant was a wonderful sales representative. He showed me the correct car for me and he was so right. As I did not have a car I took an Uber to the show room and he drove me back home after I looke showed me the correct car for me and he was so right. Don't go anywhere else in MA to buy a Toyota. And make sure you request John Imparato. We decided we needed to purchase a car as we were pregnant and needed something larger for our growing family. Of course we chose the worst time to purchase a car during the chip shortage. We went to several dealerships and contacted several others throughout MA and NH to see if any had what we were looking for. One dealership tried to mark an available RAV 4 up 2-3K over MSRP and throw in a bunch of add on's we didn't need. They kept trying to sell us the limited/premium version of the RAV 4, even though we had told them multiple times it wasn't a price we felt comfortable with. Once we turned down the limited version, they stopped reaching out to us. At another dealership, we literally had to explain the difference between the RAV 4 versions and the add on packages to one of the employees. That was an automatic no. At the recommendation of a friend, we went on dealer rater to try and find a dealership that would actually help us. Wellesley Toyota had great reviews and so did John Imparato. We decided to reach out through dealer rater to make an appointment and heard back from his team the next day. Meeting with John was a breath of fresh air; he was knowledgeable in the different RAV 4 models and the different packages that were offered, he was transparent about pricing, and you could tell that he genuinely cared about his customers and getting them what they were looking for without screwing them. The day we met with him, we put a deposit down on a RAV 4 that was coming in and the day it came in John called us to let us know, and we came in and got the car. I am pretty sure he delayed his vacation plans to have us come get our car. I will never go anywhere else for a Toyota. This place and the employees there were wonderful. More
