Great Service Team I've been getting my 4Runner serviced at this dealership for about 4 years and have had great experiences. The service team is always friendly and I've been getting my 4Runner serviced at this dealership for about 4 years and have had great experiences. The service team is always friendly and have a firm understanding of what each service entails. They are clear about what parts are deteriorating and give fair estimates of when to replace each part by. My car is under warranty and they were proactive in fixing some issues that were covered, offering me a rental car for the day to address the problem. More

No apology. No compensation. Their excuse was overbooking. And I missed an important meeting because of their total lack of accountability and consideration. very satisfied We purchased our Toyota at Wellesley and were very pleased with the experience. We have had the car serviced there and have one more free service next We purchased our Toyota at Wellesley and were very pleased with the experience. We have had the car serviced there and have one more free service next Fall. I had one minor complaint with the service , one was a car wash which was not a good job and the front window must have been dried with a dirty rag. They agreed to wash the car again at n/c. The second complaint I had was regarding my snow tires to be removed and regular tires put on. That wasn't done, but I was charged for it. I did not notice it, but assumed it had been done until my regular service garage went to put my snow tires on in Dec. and called me that they were already on the car and had been there all summer-not good for the tires. I spoke with James Wright and was very satisfied with the outcome. They will put them on at my next service for no charge. I know it had to be an over sight Everyone we have met there from our sales person, Ray to the service staff and red team, has been polite and courteous. More

After calling the Service Department last night a I am extremely disappointed in my first experience with the Service Department at Wellesley Toyota. After calling the Service Department last night and asking about the cost of having a tire replaced, I was given a quote for a tire and offered an appointment time today. When my husband took the car in for the appointment, the service department had the car for 45 minutes before they came to tell him that they did NOT have the tire in stock! This is after I told the rep. on the phone last night the exact size tire needed and she gave me the name and price of the tire and offered us the appointment for today – but then the tire was not there!?! My husband wasted almost 2 hours (with drive time from our house) to be told that they could not help us today. No other tire was offered. This seems like extremely poor customer service! I am very disappointed because we bought our new car from Wellesley Toyota thinking they had good customer service. Unfortunately, I was wrong. More
