Drew more than exceeded my expectations. My 2021 Tiguan was having issues and I could not figure out if they would be covered under warranty because their wasn’t a simple fix. He was able to answer all the questions I could not find answers to and made sure that warranty covered the repair. I’m extremely grateful and will 100% be back.
