Charles Pithis, the sales consultant who met me at the door with a flattering comment about my 18 year old car, hit it right on the head. He pegged me as a VW guy and sensed what I was looking for from the start. He then guided me through a perfect set of cars in your inventory. When I came back the next week to make the buy, he had just what I wanted waiting for me. Relaxed, personal, and professional, he was great to work with. I've worked part time in a competing dealer's shop (not VW) and each dealership has its own atmosphere that you can feel from the minute you step into the room. Yours definitely is "cool" - and comfortable. Support staff also were most helpful with things like financing and getting the paperwork done quickly. I don't buy new cars often (my other VW is an 86 Scirocco 8v), and some people find the process agonizing, but these guys made it a breeze. More
